I'm 17 (late puberty at 14) and 181cm, but I look much younger than my age due to a round, bloated, and somewhat feminine face with a very narrow neck. My bone structure is underdeveloped and I suspect low testosterone is a big factor in my lack of facial definition. Do you think skeletal expansion like MARPE/MSE is a viable option at my age to widen my midface and jaw, or is this more of a hormonal/soft tissue issue? Looking for advice on how to fix the baby face look and build a masculine, structured neck and Bone Structure
