17, Dark circles under eyes and nasal folds. Is this obvious evidence of poorly developed maxilla?

Kinda not fully captured in pics here, but always had dark circles under the eyes and nasio folds. Dentist has also commented that my mouth is especially small. Is this a sign that my maxilla never fully developed and I should go for an expander? Other facial critiques and potential improvements also welcome ofc

For dark circles you can just use azelaic acid I just "hopped" on skinoren(20% azelaic acid) it's a topical sold over the counter other available brands are ARBONID and NORESKIN. It's a tyrosinase inhibitor, which is going to make your skin produce less melanin also a must-use is a SPF50 (preferably one that blocks UVA and UVB).

Now, if your dark circles aren't from melanin overproduction, you can use a caffeine solution from the ordinary, or ice in the morning

Another tip is vitamin C serum and microneedling with a dermastamper

*you need to find out why you have the dark circles first before choosing a method, because you might use something but end up being in vain
