17 in 2 months, will I grow?

Imma get my growth plates checked this month. In the x-ray from 6 months ago they were about to close, but I grew around 3 cm or more I think in the past 6 months (not sure about that at all). Im 169cm my mom is 160 and dad 178 or 179 cm. Is there anything I can do? Injections anything? Or something to get better sleep? Just something. I could go on ai to ensure that my plates r open for more time. I want to ask my psychiatrist to give me smth for better sleep, for what medication should I ask him? I will ask him if taking ai could interfere with my adhd medication (yes I will ask him since legally he cant tell anyone or keep me from buying ai). In the last 2 weeks something changed, im getting a lot of knee pain, even while walking is this a sign that im growing?

I recommend you see a paediatric endocrinologist, they can test your blood and give you hormones if necessary

Yes I already have a appointment with an endocrinologist. I will aks him for growth plates x-ray. I dont know what I want for hormones. Like in the last blood test they didnt analyze my hgh levels. What should I ask him? Im talking about "I wanna see the levels of those data: igf-1, hgh etc." For which levels should I ask him? Which data, bruh my english is so bad

ask him this: "I’m 17, still growing a bit, and I want to understand if everything is normal. Can we check my bone age and growth-related blood tests?" then he will determine if you need said hormones.

Okay okay, thats what I asked last time, but then they approximately told me the hgh levels and they were normal but I want excat things. So I will ask him for:
1. Hgh levels
2. Estradiol levels
3. Igf-1 levels
4. Testosteron levels (something specifically? like free testosterone or is there a specific form of testosterone i should ask for?)
5. Blood sugar (to see if im at risk of diabetes type 2 cuz my family has history but im not fat, but i do eat a lot of sugar)

Sounds good — total testosterone, IGF-1, estradiol, LH/FSH, and fasting glucose are all useful to check growth and health. Free testosterone can be added if total looks low, and HGH usually isn’t measured directly. Just let the doctor decide which tests you actually need — you’re just trying to understand your growth.
