What can I improve, I’ve been on 0.025 tretnoin since February but I’m just starting to get back into the gym, my eyes I’m pretty sure are asymmetrical and I feel like my face looks different on both sides I just don’t know what it is that makes it different

Diuretics and/or caffine. Avoiding inflammation. It is probably a body fat issue though. You probably just need to be leaner. If all that does not work then maybe aqualyx.
