Don’t go easy on me I can take it but be honest, I need to really know what to work on and what areas to move forward in.
And before recommending injections, idk how I feel about them atm since I’m still a beginner, injections seems pretty extreme for right now at least

bro you gotta just stick to a deficit sorry. I learn that starving yourself is impossible without binge eating so just have 3 meals a day and make sure they protein packed and if you really wanna cave in and snack have rice cakes. If you ever go over your calories run/walk it off in your neighborhood
