High MTN, and you're not asymmetrical. I'm too lazy to give advice on surgery, but I can give you other recommendations:
  1. Thicken your eyebrows: Your brows could be a little ticker, look into minoxidil, or if you want some castor oil or peptide serums, if you're getting a serum then apply it on your lashes too, never hurts to have better lashes. (Dont use minox on your lashes tho, only eyebrows)
  2. Retinoids: You have some textural imperfections and skin unevenness that they could solve.
  3. Shave: Clean shaven all the way, at least until you're mature enough to grow proper facial hair.
  4. Microneedling: You have some early wrinkling and lines in your undereye area, if you're not using sunscreen, tf are you doing? Also, microneedling (either with a dermaroller or professional) could help resolve those issues around the area. Do your own research for hygiene, depth and frequency.
Sorry, very surface level advice, but kinda in a hurry, hope this helps either way.
