My 17 month body transformation
[ 94lbs > 170lbs ] - I am currently 11% body fat

excellent transformation but are you sure you’re 11%. 76lbs of muscle isn’t possible in 17months even on roids.
 
What did you do for hypertrophy training?
The goal is to maximize muscle stimuli with minimum fatigue. I focused on controlled reps and high effort with almost zero constant failure, repeatable workouts week after week, and I rarely focused on PRs.

Slow eccentrics, Deep stretch, Full contraction etc

Sleep ( 8–10 hrs )
10k Steps/cardio for recovery
8+ full meals everyday ( Meal timing )
I changed my entire lifestyle to support hypertrophy
