17 nw like 2 need advice

Need advice i got nw 2 rn been balding since 15 when my fatass started going to the gym lost the weight but also lost my fucking hair. Now it kinda stopped falling out (a year ago my hand used to be covered in hair after shampooing and now it doesnt fall out that much anymore). Will 5 ar inhib save my hairline or will it strip me of my last bit of pub growth and castrate me
