Im thinking of doing an hgh cycle for 4-6months
Supplements:
- ALA
- thyroid support (iodine and selenium)
- magnesium
- omega 3
- p5p
- Telmisartan (i want your guys' opinion on this, if i should take it or not and why/why not)
- Berberine at every meal (or at least at rich carb meals)
- d3 + k2 ofc
- creatine
Strategy:
- up the dose with 1 iu every 2 weeks starting from 2ius nightly
Diet:
- fat and protein focused meals and carbs + protein focused meals, never together
- fibery carbs, not sugary like white rice or whatever
Others:
- glucose/blood sugar monitor
- pressure monitor
- syringes, alchool wipes and whatever
Goals:
- some growth in frame
- thicker bones ig, bigger palms/fingers, feet as well
- muscle mass even though it doesnt specifically help it, test is way better for that but not gonna do test for now
- better collagen (i dont really care about this)
Mainly, i care about frame growth, even 1 cm would be good tbfh since my frame is on the higher end of average(bony wise), height idrfc, 1-2cm would be good or whatever, but im alr 6 foot and it doesnt bother me that much(it wouldnt do any harm to be a bit taller).
Main things im concerned about:
- organ hypertrophy (i know from studies that organs cam remodel themselves post cycle, from celular turnover and so on, but im especially scared for my heart)
From what i ve read and understood, as long as blood pressure isnt skyrocketting, i should be good when it comes to organ growth, thats why im going to watch my blood pressure and be careful with insulin resistance.
TLDR: I just want to know how i can prevent organ growth during cycle, if my supplementation is alr and if my plan is good. Every piece of advice would be much appreciated with an upvote from me, as well as studies to back up the information given.
Also concerned about Telmisartan cause i dont want to do any harm to my left organ growth, thats what i d like to know from your experience or information
