17, ugly . how can I improve?

I’m working on debloating , sleeping better. since I barely use to sleep and was bulking. I gained face fat but I also gained lots of muscle in return. any suggestions?

shave the stache, grow the hair a little longer in front till the eyebrows, get a tan go out in the sun, improve your diet so u stop getting acne, eat animal based diet.

dont Bulk u dont need that to gain muscles.

also ur hair looks dry u are prolly using a lot of shampoo or something or maybe its a perm.

i would suggest stop using shampoo and just wash hair with water. its an actual thing might sound crazy to brain washed slaves but yeah.

ye u need to focus on health indicators first So tanning and diet. Look into goatis on youtube but im not telling u to eat raw meat like he does Lol but there's a reason guys famouis intelligent guys like Joe Rogan went on an animal based diet
 
Try to debloat and lose fat. Then you will be able to see your face in it's true form alot better. From then on if you are still a low rating, I think hardmaxxing is the soloution. But of course it's your choice

Lose your body fat, we can't analyze your cranial features due to your bloated face. Count your calories and eat at a 30% calorie deficit. And gymmax, train PPL 5 times a week.
Eat a high protein diet, at least 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, so if you're 100kg eat above 80g protein.

Clear your skin, by doing basic hygine, clean your face everyday with a cleanser and use a toner, then moisturize, use sunscreen and also use azylaic acid.

All these are softmaxxes, do this for like a year, if you have sticked to all softmaxxes, and within a year, you still see zero improvement, then it's time to hop on the hardmaxxing wagon.

Thanks for the advice. I’m 17 , 145 lbs and 5’11. I have a lean body and I workout almost everyday. I just have brutal face genetics man I might be cooked I have a recessed chin which i’m looking into fixing soon I feel like it’ll give me a much better jawline.

Get checked out at an orthodontist, braces can guide jaw growth or maybe you'll get palatal expanders. Then just focus on debloating your face, potassium-maxxing and so on.

Remember, you'll look better 2-3 years from now, there are no instant looksmaxxes
