Based on those unideal pics, your four biggest flaws are the following :
- mouth is too narrow
- lips are too thin
- philtrum is too long
- nose is crooked

Your mouth to nose width ratio is only 1.1-1.2 (VS 1.4-1.6 ideal range).
Your chin to philtrum ratio is 2.1-.2.2, which is not too bad in theory (VS 2.2-2.7 ideal range), but things do look a bit off still ; both the chin and the philtrum appear too tall because of the thin lips.

So what to do ?
> rhinoplasty to straighten the dorsum and refine the tip ; maybe a septorhinoplasty if your septum is actually deviated.
> lip lift to reduce the philtrum and to increase upper lip height.
> lip filler in the lower lip, and maybe in the upper lip too, depending on the lip lift's result.

Unfortunately, current surgical techniques don't allow to increase mouth width in a nice aesthetic way (commissuroplasty is a meme). So the best you can do to improve your mouth & lips is what I detailed above.
