17 working full-time for $0 (ITS BADDD)

I’m 17 working 10–6, 6 days a week (sometimes more) doing construction for my dad’s company… and I get paid nothing.
Before anyone says it, no I’m not lazy. I work hard every day, real labor. I’m just stuck in a situation where I’m expected to help but not allowed to get another job either.
So I’m basically putting in full-time hours with zero income while everyone my age is at least making something.

I’m not asking for handouts. I just need a way to start making money on the side without screwing up my current situation.
If you’ve been in something like this or know ways to make money outside those hours online, let me know. I’ll try whatever works.

I do believe working with him will set me up in the long run that’s why I don’t wanna quit but if there’s anything to do while being in this situation I have try.
