sleep on your back all the time, bonesmashing, fix your brows, get better coloring, look near the sun 30 minutes a day for squinting (worked for me), can't tell if you have a recessed maxilla if you have then try thumbpulling properly (also worked for me)

If you have those on in this photo, you need a darker tint. Also hop on Minoxidil.
