Firstly ensure you are low bodyfat, because high bodyfat can descend your penis and make it look small. Ensure you live a healthy life and don't watch too much porn for maximum blood flow and erection quality.

Idk thought the average was at 5.3 or 13 cm according to the forums on here, don’t know how bad it is, i had the hope to get to 15 cm before stopping growth and according to a study I made recently my growth plates are still wide open, I mean I turned 17 last weak
