17 year old 6’3 ratings + advice (just hopped on AAS’s)

i am currently 17 6’3 150lbs looking for advice and opinions on my steroid cycle. i have currently been on for 4 weeks on 125 test 300 mast. my main goal is to grow my frame and masculinize rather then grow muscle but all advice is appreciated

not talking about roids but important stuff if you want:
frame is far more important than mass
Focus on maxing growth while you finish puberty
skin quality looks pretty shit but health indicators worse
could bs for zygo symm
short term: clean up brows, get on strong skincare product, lock in nutrition and sleep, train hard, if thats your facial hair after substabtial growth time then just shave
Potential hardmaxxes w/ highest roi: obviously rhino, possibly chin implant but mandibular recession isnt horrible

what can i do for health indicators? i already get pretty good sleep. also that is my facial hair after around 6 days

health indicators: 3-4 liters water a day, whole foods ( red meat, fats, high quality(raw if possible) dairy - not well versed in nutrition but you know whats healthy and what isnt), at the bare minimum 30 minutes of sunlight daily - ideally spending at least some time at dawn and dusk to lock in circadian rythym, supps if lacking nutrition area, if you are on the game all day or smoke or drink jus tbe honest with yourself and cut that shit off, bloating - sodium potassium ratios, limit stress, be social and spend time with family and friends, get some steps in

Sleep (highest roi): dont bullshit yourself if you wanna ascend and take sleep seriously, aim for 9 hrs bc you always get less high quality sleep then you think, stay on a genral schedule and dont fuck yourself on weekends, cold room (ac/fan/less sheets), no caffiene after noon, no electronics at least 1.5 hrs before sleep but if truly necessary turn on filters, no food around 3 hrs before bed+ dont chug water so you dont wake up to piss, pitch black room/mask, mouth tape (dont get scammed by tiktok shop mfs selling that shit just buy a roll of micropore tape or really any tape and use a small piece) - extra: clean sheets, air filter, silk pillow case.

and i would recomend just shaving as in genral facial hair only is more optimal for appearance than shaving on a small percentage of men

no and ive never really been lean either, i've been severely underweight for alot of my teen years and just recently in the past 3 months put on 25ish lbs
