I've been working out for around 6 months now, and see only little improvement (better than none I guess 🤔)

I understand my height has completely fucked over any chance I had with a woman, but I can still look good for myself, what are the most important areas I need to work on for my height and weight?

eat more protein and whole foods

Working on it, I used to be anorexic and I'm slowly rebuilding myself, thank you for the concern though 🖤❤️

Diet plays such a huge part in it
Make sure u eat correctly
