your IPD is easily your biggest nerf holding you back from htn. Just working on every other part of your eye area will probably push you over because your bones and canthal tilt are pretty good. Thickening or coloring in eyebrows is probably easy asecension to fix you're thin eyebrows but can't make it look sharpied on.

Alr thanks do yk what I can use to grow thicker eyebrows because I’ve been using castor oil and it hasn’t been working?

personally I derma roll and I think that's helped a lot but also I'm still going through puberty n stuff so that just comes with the stages of life. I'm pretty sure there is some good research on derma rolling bc the microneedling increases bloodflow to the area but the main reason I use it is for proper ghk-cu topical absorption.
