i dont even know why you tagged him, if im not wrong he said he is just blasting t without working out which is pointless

dont fall for the bulking meme you will gain way more fat than muscle, do all the compound movements and throw in some isolation exercises, dont fall for the high weight low rep meme unless you want to become a powerlifter, do between 8 and 12 reps on everything
