I'm now the same height as my father, but I'm doing some habits to grow taller, such as going to bed early, drinking raw milk, getting some sun, and avoiding estrogen as much as possible.

getting taller is always good bro until youre 6'3+ but if you can't then you're still in a good height. 5'8+ is where your height is acceptable
