im 6'5 against a wall but probably like 6'1 in public cos of my shitty posture, my hips and pelvis are kinda fucked but my main issue is my neck is rounded and forward

Angel raises, cat/cow yoga position, pull ups, hangs and any isometrical if you are slightly twisted. You want to improve the strength of your back so you can actually hold yourself in a good posture.

im meant to edit my posts before 30 minutes cos i look back and find it really cringe but i always forget so they just stay up
