179cm at 15 is it over?

I was predicted 6'1 and i feel like i could save it or hopefully hit 5,11 if I start to eat better and sleep more, haven't had a night with more than 7-6 hours of sleep since i was like 13 and eat like shit alot so if i get my life back on track now am i saveable?
