disclaimer: I theorize I have noticeable stunted bone age from high cortisol, lack of sleep and slight under eating


SIDES
slight lethargy during the day
constantly bloated
body and joints always feel subtly tingly
my facial hair grows really fast

better sleep
better skin
wider jaw
any other subtle facial bone effect are prolly covered by the bloat
overall my face looks more robust but its hard to notice with the bloat and fat gain

ai is for excess estrogen, you need regular levels of estrogen for optimal bone function, but there might be a away to limit estrogen locally in the growth plates with tamoxifen

I feel as if you need to take higher doses at 17 anyway to make more significant changes, I am not stopping until college

The risk to reward ratio of going higher in iu isn't worth it.
