first time posting, be extra harsh so i dont come back to this site,i have a deviated septum so everything is recessed, looking to get it fixed in the next few months, any advice is welcome, thought i know the obvious like my eyebrows and jaw and eyebags, im just now seeing how horrendous my side profile is oh my god is it genuinely over? also never really had much problems with girls but im way too awkward and socially anxious to make anything of it so i was always a loser, hair is also cooked since i am growing it out

yeah i know my midface is really bad, but cant i at least improve my mandible
