how can i maximize my growth before my growth plates fuse. i have taken cjc and am currently taking hgh, what else can i do to reach my goal of 6’-6’2. I’ve grown 1/2 inches in the last 3 months.

ig bruh just eat a lot aswell, only thing ill attribute to my height growth during that summer was that i finished pretty much starvemaxxing so i was lean then i started eating hella food and drank 1.5L of milk daily, but even then i doubt that contributed a lot of that height growth, my height growth was always gradual i never had a growth spurt so ig i got a spurt during the summer when i was 16 turning 17
