I hit puberty when I was 9 years old so I watched all my friends grow taller than me rapidly.
My diet was terrible I would wake up in the morning have nothing for breakfast, go to school have nothing at school and come home have nothing then finally when going to bed half an hour before sleep I would eat a huge meal full of carbs and little protein.
When I was 12-13 years old I would sleep on average about 3-5 hours.

They are 99% fused unless his growth hormone just randomly shut off at 12

Personally Im 18 and still growing very slightly and its such lifefuel, ngl.
