stats: 17m, 5'8", 125 lbs, vietnamese.
routine: 3x/week gym + 20-30 min stairmaster, skincare (minox, volufiline, panoxyl), just got 0.025% tretinoin.
supps: taking mag and l-theanine. stacked amazon cart (boron, d3/k2, zinc, forskolin, etc.)
ask: how do i ascend without hardmaxxing?
hello looksmaxxing gods, 17yo vietnamese, 5'8, 125 pounds. very skinny right now but i am trying to gain weight. i wanna ascend as much as i can before doing any hardmaxxing like surgeries or injections.
here is everything i'm currently doing. let me know what i need to change, add, or prioritize.
diet & gym (3x a week)
diet: usually chicken + spinach + rice or ground beef + spinach + rice. eat dave’s hot chicken maybe every other week, eat chips / snacks sometimes. i drink one or two glasses of whole milk a day, and i try drinking at least 2.5 liters of water a day.
monday (legs): seated leg curl (30-40 lbs), leg extension (30-40 lbs), leg press (70-80 lbs), glute machine (20-30 lbs), adductor/abductor (40-50 lbs), calf extension (40-50 lbs). finisher: stairmaster 20–30 mins at level 6+.
wednesday (push): chest press, hammer strength incline, pec fly, shoulder press, cable lat raises (5-10 lbs), tricep pushdowns. finisher: stairmaster 20–30 mins at level 6+.
friday (pull): lat pulldown (40 lbs), seated row (40 lbs), assisted pull-ups (75 lbs weight), reverse pec fly (35 lbs), straight-arm pulldown (15-20 lbs), bicep curl (20-30 lbs). finisher: stairmaster 20–30 mins at level 6+.
note: i also do neck curls on my bed and chin tucks but i'm not quite sure if im doing them right, and i don't know the specific amount im doing

morning: minoxidil (eyebrows/hairline) -> panoxyl 4% (sit for 2 mins) -> good molecules discoloration serum -> hyaluronic acid -> volufiline (under-eyes, smile lines, mental crease only) -> moisturizer & sunscreen.
night: kose oil cleanser -> regular cleanser -> glycolic acid 7% (let dry) -> good molecules discoloration serum -> hyaluronic acid -> moisturizer -> volufiline (on top of moisturizer on under-eyes/smile lines).
i also JUST got tretionion (0.025 80-day supply) but i don't really know where i should put it in my routine or really use it.
note: no hair styling or gua sha right now
supplements
taking right now: magnesium complex (750mg), l-theanine (100mg). (have potassium chloride too but haven't used it yet).
in my amazon cart: forskolin (10mg), vitamin e (268mg), boron (3mg), taurine (500mg), vitamin d3 (125mcg) + k2 (100mcg), zinc (30mg) + copper.
what can i do to ascend? im open to mostly anything besides like hardmaxxing aka surgeries or injections. could someone also tell me my phenotype? is it possible for me to become more robust?
