day 2: lower a
leg press (3x10-12)
lying leg curl (3x10-12)

questions
1. should i drop the stairmaster so i can gain weight?
2. is layering dr. althea 147 and illiyoon too heavy?
3. do i hop on hydrocortisone for a smaller nose and are there any side effects if i cycle properly?
4. should i hop on oral minoxidil or should i buy topical again (dont have derma roller)
5. i was recommended myo inostol but i'm not sure if i should hop on that
6. should i get furosemide to get a more hollow cheek look?
