17M 5'9 170LBS | Grey New Need Rating/Advice

Completely new to org past larping. Know some general terms, but I'm willing to admit compared to like 90% of ppl on here I'm a peon when it comes to knowing anything.

- Need some general advice on what I can to improve facial aesthics.

Roughly 8-10 feet from mirror w/ zoom on both. Nasolabial folds are generally more visible in pictures and videos I'm in from the side. Sorry for low quality photos I'm willing to DM with newer ones if needed.

I'd rank myself LTN, and maybe LMTN on a good day but I'm still very unsure on what my strong suits and weak points are. I'm aware I have a pretty shit side profile and nose but just very unsure what I can do.

Is tret and the general indimart products worth investing in? I'm aware im very bloated rn as i was much better looking and leaner just a month prior, but is this entirely a case of bones? By that I mean lose the face fat/water in the face and get leaner or should I bother to invest in those products combined with debloating?

Alright, thanks for the help again. I have an assault bike and will just go to the gym for additional cardio with stair master/swimming. Mix them together for general fat burning.

I'll probably pass on epleronone for now and just use diurex instead, but if I don't get results I'll take your advice on epleronone.
