ive dealt with bad tounge posture my whole life, think clenching my jaw could help just a bit? even if its frauding, just want to know your opinion

i get it wont change the shape of the skull, but normally i dont have my teeth closed, clenching my jaw could potentionaly make my face a bit shorter and wider innit?

where exactly did i ask the second sentence? i asked if theres a chance it could make my FACE a bit shorter and wider, since my teeth will be closed and masseters will be more visible

Then practice correct mouth posture but if it's not sustainable there's not much point unless for frauding

yeah and thats what i was originally saying, if it could possibly change the shape of my face even a little bit, wouldnt my face look less narrow?
