You don't have recessed infras, you're just east asian, on average east asians have infras that look similar to yours, infact you might be slightly above average infraorbital wise compared to most asians.

Try to get pale skin if you can since tan Dosent suit Asians at all and after you’re done growing your brows and lashes dye them black , change your hairstyle genuinely looks like a mop , check if wide frame glasses look better on you or thin frame
