What’s the rating before and after? What’s the potential and how can I reach it?

Mewing and thumb pulling for a year, can’t tell if glowup is result of that or just growing older, the “mewing is cope” debate will never end nevertheless.

Just started a cut and using tretinoin and going to order MT2

In 3 months going to post results after full tretinion, mt2, getting to 8-9% body fat, and gut microbiome maxing. Wish me luck.

How do I lose fat bro it’s impossible for me

This is kind of a no brainer but if you’re not already doing this, count your calories. Weigh everything track it in an app.

Anyways here’s my general tips. Read all this shit cuz I took the time to type it out and actually commit to a diet make a plan pls

1. Be in a caloric deficit. Figure out maintenance calories and subtract 500 to lose 1 lb of fat week

2. Get 0.8-1.2g protein per pound of body weight. More protein = more fullness but less carbs to fuel workouts

3. Reduce temptations. This means PLAN FOR FAILURE. Anything that might thwart the weight loss journey should be replaced with low calorie options, removed, or used in moderation.

4. Use volume eating, high volume low calorie foods that will fill you up. Stay away from high calorie foods that you can eat a ton of and chose more filling options. For example, instead of snacking on high calorie chips, have some popcorn instead.

5. Be flexible, don’t be super strict. Make the diet easy to follow. It’s a good diet if you could do it for the rest of your life. You can have a treat every day (or a couple if it’s a low calorie recipe) and still get shredded, as long as you fit it into your daily calories.

6. If you fail your diet, DONT TRY THE SAME FORMULA AGAIN without changing anything. The definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Look at the moments leading up to the failure, look at what environment cues might have triggered you (think Pavlov’s dog) and correct it. This goes hand in hand with tip 3.
