Good eye area, not much you can do about your lips. I think you should trim the sides of your hair. It will give you an even more aggressive look. This rounded hair cut looks lame on adults. Start with 1/2 inch and if you think you should trim it more go down to 1/4(size 2). these numbers are hair clipper sizes. If you never cut your own hair tell your barber he'll know what you're talking about.

Other than that, thanks for recomöemdation. I had a skinfade like (not really skinfade) cut. I cant understand if it looks good for now though.
Also, @blackoutwhitein and @dogtown , what would you give me psl and irl when knowing that my lips look normal and it was caused while taking a picture
