Canthal tilt you cant do much about unless surgery is something your ok with. Botox injections can help give a raised affect but wont actually change the tilt.
Someone linked the coloring bible form but skincare items like vitamin c, niacinamide, and kojic acid can help to even out skin color. Maybe invest in a quality retinoid such as the one from TheOrdinary
Facial asymmetry is hard as its normally a bone issue. Sleeping on your back can help stop the lack of symmetry from worsening
