17m I know im LTN, how can I improve?

At a wall im on accutane 30mg for 3 months but hasnt really seen the results I have been looking for so far. I have done many softmaxes that have got me from sub3 to here, I dont think any hard max other then surgery would do to much so im at a wall on what I can do to improve. I plan on growing my hair and getting a tan. Any advice helps seeing things from a different perspective is great.

Im super low body fat would he under 12% for sure. This is the worst lighting I could have taken a photo and I do have slight hollow cheeks but even if I starve my face wont change much. Is this the best im cooking to get? Minus the acne and hair ofc
