Regarding your height there’s not much you can do. If I were you I’d start accutane (it will help your nose too), grow your hair out and take dutasteride or finasteride, look into cosmetic treatments for your acne scars.

And most importantly go make some money and status max. Looks are very important but making something out of your life is more important

all you can do is grow your hair out go on a cut keep the goatee but trim all stubble and maybe go for black hair plus eyebrows to help w contrast w your colouring
acne and skin health is the biggest falio, i have terrible bacne and I've been spraying epsom salts mixed with water on them for a few weeks as its helped alot
wash it off after 10 mins see if it works

accutane, shave, trim eyebrows to be symmetrical and change your haircut. also take DHT blockers for receding hairline such as finasteride or dutasteride. After that you should be hella green. you got good bone structure
