17M rate + how do I get more definition

I think I look pretty good in this picture but it's p much my only good angle. You can see I have pretty good cheek/jaw definition when the light is shining on it from behind at an angle. But when I face the light and change the angle my lower third looks death-tier and my fwhr is fucked. Do I need implants to get more permanent definition?
