you're at the age where your genetics are mostly set in stone and you know yourself well enough to have an idea of what that ceiling is going to be statistically speaking. most 17 year olds haven't reached their physical peak yet so it could change a little but not much if anything after puberty has ended for you, probably still gonna land somewhere around the same rating no matter how hard you try at this point in your life.
