I have very small mouth opening so maybe I could convince a maxfac to do soemthing that would also help my jaw maybe? Last two photos are me a month ago so I anyone could tell me what the fuck happened besides me not going to the gym cause I am on vacation I have literally been eating better

I think you need trimax or bimax with ccw rotation
