17M Thinning hair

My hair has always been genetically thin, but I don’t think this is normal. I’ve had this type of thin hair all my life but it’s only getting worse imo. This photo seems bad and it looks even worse in sunlight or while it’s wet.

What should I take or do to stop this before it’s too late?

Yea that’s one of the things on the checklist, I was thinking of starting dutasteride but it’s too early for that yet

I could cover it by just making my hair all frizzy but then I look like a retard lol. I got blessed with being 6’3 but cursed with this visible scalp. Most people don’t see it but when I sit down i’ve had some people say “bro you have a bald spot”
