have you noticed any growth recently (16-17)?? If so then just optimize sleep and nutrition to get the leftover growth HGH won't let you outgrow your genetic potential. another thing that will help is finding how tall ur mom and dad are

I can't lie I haven't grown much maybe upwards of 2cm but my shoe size went up by half so now im US10

Also I have some late puberty indicators like armpit hair at 15.5
