What is the best thing I can do right now? I’m seeing a specialist orthodontist in October for Rhino-MARPE and double-jaw surgery, but I also want to maximize my results and do everything I can. I’d also like some extra tips on maximizing my eye area—and should I dye my hair?

negative cantal tilt really doesn't help your case, consider fillers, maybe Hyaluronic acid. As of softmaxxing get debloated, maybe even loose weight (cant say too much on the latter since don't know of your constitution).
