dye eyebrow and lashes darker get leaner those are what you should do first then we can discuss hard max but 2 i have spotted is a rhino and lip lift since your nose is bad and your philtrum is cooked and those 2 surgeries can fix them easily

also dye your hair idk what style it was it was brunet with blond combo i belive might have been dirty blonde but that will creat contrast which will do wonders grow your hair out lashes and eyebrows aswell and once you get leaner you can see which cut suits your hair but i predict a burst fade might suit you
