I currently do: gym, animal based diet and nothing much else. I’ve heard about retatrutide and peptides recently. Y’all think they are BS?

Keep eating well and chill. Dont stress. Dont go to the gym its useless. Get lean after puberty or whatever.

It lowers your testosterone.

I just eat animal diet (meat, milk) and low in carbs.

I'll do a little walking or do some sports with friends. Just low stress activity.

its my first year in the gym, put on some fat too. I was skinny (10% bf i’d say) less developped face, rn i am at 13-15% i guess (got an inch taller). Ngl sometimes the idea of 500-750 calorie deficit diet and lowering my BF down to 10% agein comes to my mind. What y’all think of this idea?
