17yo and got my bloodwork done at the end of week 4 on 200mg of Test split 3x weekly, 500IU HCG weekly split along w/test pins. I’m completely open to advice/interpretation.
- Estrogen: (100 pg/mL) My estradiol is high/out of range, which is obviously expected from higher Test levels + HCG. I’d say my side effects aren’t that bad either it’s all very mild. I’m contemplating but very weary about implementing Arimidex 0.25mg 2x a week and seeing how my bloods/sides respond. But I’m also scared of overdoing it and using an AI on such low doses of Test.
- Testosterone: Total T >1500 ng/dL & Free T >376.93pg/mL (very high): I feel like this is a great response for 200mg/week but I’ve also have little to no experience in the PED world. Levels are supraphysiological.
- SHBG: 30.4 nmol/L (optimal): Good free T availability. No binding issues.
- ALP 144 U/L (elevated): Positive sign of bone turnover/growth from HGH + puberty + Test. Expected and beneficial for height/frame goals.
- Free T3 5.33 pg/mL (strong): Excellent thyroid function supporting metabolism and recovery. (THANKS RAY PEAT
) - Vitamin B12 271 pg/mL (low-normal): Supplementing @ 500 mcg daily to start and will help energy and methylation. If next bloods show more is needed I will bump to 1000 mcg daily.
- Vitamin D 41.8 ng/mL (suboptimal): Bumping to 10k IU from 5k IU daily for hormone optimization and bone health.
- Lipids: Total Chol 207, LDL 126, HDL 63.9 (strong), ratios decent. Skeptical about starting fish oil, but locking in on diet will keep this in check during ramp.
- hs-CRP <0.5 (excellent): Low inflammation — great for recovery.
- Creatinine 0.917, Albumin 4.91, etc.: All solid, no kidney/liver red flags.
