I’m 18, turned 18 about three months ago. I’m 173 cm and 60 kg, and I still look like a kid, especially in the face. My facial hair is thin and brown, which makes it look even weaker. My hands are skinny. I’ve been working out for almost a year and they’ve improved, but they still look small compared to other people. My legs are also really skinny. My face isn’t as wide as my father’s and my bones in general don’t look as developed, so I’m guessing I haven’t fully grown yet. Because of that, I’m wondering if I’ll change over the next few years and eventually get that “grown man” look. This shit really fucks with my head and i feel like women my age won't take me seriously so i don't even try with them, and people tell me I look 16–17. Most people my age already look way more grown than I do, and it gets to me a lot. what could help me reach my full potential?

no by the time youre 18 your bones are essentially done growing, any significant changes you see in people are from changes in soft tissue e.g. fat loss or massater hypertrophy, or cosmetic procedures

You are forever cursed with childlike face I think
What Tanner stage are you in? Can be late bloomer but its very rare and you most likely not going to develop more

Bones don’t get longer, sure, but faces and bodies still mature a lot after 18. Just look at most guys at 18 vs 24

You should see this as a blessing. When you get to thirty and everyone think you're in your early twenties, that's when you will be thankful for that.
