18 doing my first hardmax (septorhinoplasty)

convinced my parents to let me get a septorhinoplasty which is a septoplasty (surgery for deviated septum) and rhinoplasty (nose job, nose bone structure fix to keep nose straight and symmetric + fix assymetric nostril appearence)
need this to fix my retarded midface and finally escape sub5 and make it to true LTN

luckily i get this surgery for free as i am in the uk and i have a cleft lip

what do i even say to friends and relatives who asked why i got a surgery?
obviously cant say im fucking insecure and lm ruined my life
