if it is,how invasive would it be for me because i saw a girl on tt,she got the surgery and after 2 years her joints litterally started like dissaeparing idk how to explain it but she was in a lot of pain and needed to do something to restore it

well, youre recessed to the point where surgery would help you, i also know of a person that got botched, the problem is you need to do your research, have a good plan and make sure to find a surgeon that can carry out said plan, be realistic, and make sure you do things properly, people get botched because they jump into it with no plan crazy expectations and zero research, backed by the fact they go to sub par surgeons who ofcourse will agree to the surgery, as it benefits their pockets.

imo none of it is needed, the ROI is not worth it, as ive said if youre gonna expand your palatte best course of action would be palatte expander, you would only need a few mm of movement in the first place, and its cheaper yes. the only thing thats truly gonna work for you and make a difference in aesthetics is bimax.

because hes recessed. i already recommended a palate expander, but he cant get it, marpe is not ideal plus really expensive

Yea ur sides chopped and u would need surgery if ur breathings shit but if it’s purely for aesthetics I wouldn’t even bother it’s too much money and too long for it to even make a difference you’d be like 30 by the time u can afford it

im not sure you even need those tbh, I think getting a rhino and gym maxing to be like lean with abit of size would get u to a htn, even now tho u probably wouldn't struggle to get girls depending on the height
