If from my braces because of my overbite, palate expander because my tongue is too big for my mouth, and breathing problems

flaws: face is very round and lacks definition, jaw is weak and recessed badly from the side, chin is basically non existent from the profile, nose is wide, eyes are small and hooded,way too much hair and poofy making the round face look worse
fixes: softmax get a better haircut that doesnt add so much volume, lose some face fat so basically diet. hardmax would be genioplasty and jaw implants, rhinoplasty, palate expansion.
