18 raw egg yolks + high meat experiment

I mixed it with some OJ as always.

I filled it up to the top and shook it.

Drank it all.

I feel pretty good actually.

I've had 100 eggs so far this week.

I'll have 20 tomorrow to hit the 120 mark, then I'll go for 140 next week.

When I finished I put some raw meat in there and added it to my other jars of high meat.

There was still about 20ml of liquid in the jar though.

I look forward to seeing how the eggs and the acidity of the orange juice affects the fermentation process.

There is no '30 different ways to make it taste better'. I add orange juice because the egg yolk alone is very thick and clings to the side of the glass and gets wasted. I don't add any sauces. I am actually doing the opposite of 'having 30 different ways to make it taste better'
