18 y/o, 5‘10/178cm, 147lbs/67kg. Front only for now, might post profiles later.

Rate what you can see and tell me my biggest failo from the front. Don't sugarcoat.

Prolly mmtn,
I would suggest either growing your hair out (either way i would do a different hair style than this), getting an otoplasty (pretty minor surgery) or using otosticks for your ears. The inner corners of your eyebrows are kinda thin and I would recommend to use either minox or bimatoprost to try to grow them (also shape and brush them). I would also recommend you dye your eyebrows a bit darker (prolly medium brown) and your eyelashes even darker (like dark brown), so they're more prominent. Idk i dont rlly have any other advice other than actual surgeries. Your cheeks seem kinda chubby, so I would recommend to get rlly lean if you aren't already. You could do aqualyx or even buccal fat removal if your body rlly stores more fat in your cheeks, which won't go away. Your nose seems kinda big and it might be a bit inflamed. If that's the case you could try a hydrocortisone cream for your nose to reduce that or hop on a high dose of accutane to permanently decrease the sebum production in your nose and also fix your slight acne (could try to fix that with skincare too), but I don't think it's worth it.
